Do you want to learn more about the issues surrounding immigration to the United States? This hotly debated topic is the source of much emotion and anguish, and it is often hard to separate truths from half-truths. The Racial and Social Justice Committee of Grassroots Central Mass has important information to share with you in a presentation at the Joshua Hyde Library on Saturday afternoon, May 10th. We welcome your interest and attendance.

Grassroots Central Mass (GCM) will continue its tradition of celebrating nature and community with its sixth “Trees Are Treasures” tree giveaway and nature events on Sunday, May 18 at Wells State Park in Sturbridge from 10 am- 3:00 pm. GCM, a local affiliate of Indivisible Mass Coalition (IMC), is again co-sponsoring this year’s event with Brookfields Fight Fear (BFF). Both GCM and BFF are local groups dedicated to serving the communities we live in through finding and supporting solutions to issues in our communities, our state, and our nation.
