SUMMARY:Gun Violence Prevention Advocacy Day
DESCRIPTION:Join the Massachusetts Coalition to Prevent Gun Violence\, Stop Handgun Violence\, Moms Demand Action\, and others for an Advocacy Day to show the Legislature how widespread support for gun violence prevention is throughout the Commonwealth. \nAssistance in scheduling a meeting with your state senator and state representative in advance will be provided to participants. Meet at the Cathedral where the organizers will distribute advocacy materials\, go over details of the day\, and answer any questions that folks may have about the day. We will walk to the State House together\, and then disperse to go to our meetings. The sponsoring organizations will be in touch with those who RSVPed with more details.
